I Booked Fight ticket on 24th December 2021 From Pune to Bangalore Ref ID: REF676692936 and received a mail that my ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiration reason and informed that amount would be refunded in about 07-10 working days and it is more than 3 months (91Days) till date i have not received my refund. Calling customer care more than 35 times every time providing wrong information by the executive and also they are so without information, cut my call and not receiving reply through mail and somehow they reply also but it is all computer generated .I really got fed up want to escalate this issue at the high level and saying that the amount has not been refunded due to a server issue from the bank’s side so requesting me to get this amount in wallet but I do not want to get this money into wallet.I do not trust this app anymore.
Kindly do the needful, immediately.
