Booked flight on Jan 02, 2022 from Chennai. They deducted the amount at the very same moment, but the flight was not booked. The agent said the amount will be refunded within 7days. But I haven’t received the amount till date. Also none of my emails are being replied and customer care agents asks me to wait for few more days.
Kindly help me to receive my refund
