I booked a ticket from Delhi to Bangalore with Reference Number REF054533726 on 7th September from TRAVOLOOK. After some time on the same day I got an e-mail that your ticket got cancelled due to some technical error and it will take 7 to 10 days to get the refund. Since, I’m calling and following-up with customer care on call, every time they promise new date, But it almost 2 months now and I did not get refund. It feels like scam. All the details are mentioned in attached screenshot. Kindly assist and resolve this issue .
