I have booked a flight from Lucknow to Ahmedabad on 26-06-21 with REF NO- REF854103416 with Travelook account registered on email id – khariwal06@gmail.com. Shortly after booking, I have received a call from travolook agent saying that due to operational issue booking has been cancelled and I will receive refund of Rs. 4148 in 7-10 days. Since that day, I am following up from them and they did not sent me any refund amount and every time they ask me to wait for 7-10 days more.
I have also mailed them and called them several times but they are not processing my refund.
