I had booked a flight from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore on dt 22-Feb-2022. After the payment done by online the booking got cancelled and received a call from the Travolook as well as by email that I will get refund of Rs. 2403/- within 10-15 days. But till now the refund is not done. As well as several times called the customer care and sent mail to follow up. But everytime they say that it will get refund within 24-48 hours. Still no refund has been done. Hence I need the help to get refund as soon as possible.
