In 18th Feb 2022, I booked 1 ticket, but after payment the tickets were cancelled due to PNR not generated. After calling the customer care, they replied that “Madam there is some technical issue from Airline end, you will get your refund within 7-10 days”. But after 10 days when I didn’t received the refund, I’d called the customer care again then they answered that another 7-8 days will take to refund, like that way, they extend the time limit but no positive response. From the last week the customer care agents replied that ” they will initiate the refund, as the delay is from merchent end”. Today I get the reply that it will be initaited after 35 days, reason is merchant has not initiated the amount to them, I feel they are just taking time. Even after 2 months I don’t get the refund from travolook. Why not Government take steps against this agencies..! Request to help on the same
