This is regarding my grievance regarding my refund amount from Travolook. I have been contacting your customer care people from last one month. They have been giving various dates and till this day, I have not received a proper response from them . The booking was made on 11/7/22 and cancelled by your end immediately. The Refund amount I should get is Rs.27,400 . As the amount is not a small amount, I have no other option to write to you . Hope I find a positive solution. Kindly do the needful.
Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
