Sir I had booked a flight ticket through Travalook site in the name of Aruna Mohta on 23.02.22 between Kolkata to Belgaum for travel dt. 04.02.22
The payment was made thru my credit card and the fare amount of Rs. 7,488/- was debited from my account. I was asked to wait for 30 mins for getting the ticket and confirmation. Thereafter i recd. a mail and a call informing that the ticket has been cancelled by them due to fare expiration and the money will be refunded back within 8-10 working days. I have been patiently waiting but the refund has not been recd. By me till date. I have been following with them thru mail and also thru. Phone calls to their customer support team but it is of no vain. They are cheating the customer and giving false excuses. The action should be taken aginst such fraud booking site. I would request you if you could kindly help me in getting the refund amount at the earliest. Regards. ARUNA MOHTA
