Hi , I would like to raise a complaint against travolook website I had booked a flight on 25th oct from this website and I received a mail your booking has ben cancel due to operational reason and refund will be initiated in 10 to 25 days excluding Saturday Sunday its been more than 3 months now i have not received my refund now every time call they se your money has been initiated or failed from merchants end it will take 5 days more etc I would request you to take strict action against them so that they wont do it with other customers
