I have done a booking from travell look on 20 nov 2021 but they said due to some technical reason my booking is not done so i will received refund within 7-10 working days. Its been more than 50 days but still did not got any refund. Initially they replied on emails but then they stopped and even if you call on customer care sometimes they pick and sometimes they dont.
