I had tried to book air ticket on Travolook site on 10th sept for travel on 11th sept 21.Immediately after amount was debited got a call from travelook stating booking cannot be processed and amount will be refunded.
Till date no amount is refunded inspite of following up daily and writing mails. They give a new date everytime after getting connected after hours of trying. Two months have passed with no refund received . Booking ref# REF065803838
