Hi i Had booked tickets from Chennai and GOA ,I had booked 4 tickets which was valued for 10500Rs once booking was in progress and payment was debited and immediately got a call from Travolook support team that all my tickets are cancelled automatically due to Operational issues and your full refund will be provided in 10-15 days,now it has been 2months completely over but still i had not received the refund when ever i contact their customer care they give a false statement that you will get the refund in a week.I request to take strict action against these fraudsters .
