Text of Complaint by Sudhir Nair:

Hi, I am a Tata Play Fiber customer since 1 year and due to relocation i wanted to cancel the connection as tata services not available at my location. I have submitted the router last week to the tata employee and following up on email from last week however no response from customer care and not even from appellate authority. It’s so frustrating (Attached Customer ID)
