I booked ticket for 25 January-22 from Bengaluru to Delhi on 25-Dec-21. However, around 24-Jan only, spicejet informed me that they have rescheduled my flight for another date. I opted for full refund. After waiting almost one month when i checked with spicejet they informed that they have processed my refund on 24 Jan and to check with source of booking. I booked my ticket through Paytm app and paid with HDFC credit card. However, i have checked with paytm and credit card statement. I haven’t received any refund. Pls help.
