Text of Complaint by Vipul Jindal:

I have ordered samsung s22 plus on 22 September 2022 from samsung’s website. At that time estimated delivery date was 22 september 2022. But I did not received my product till 26th September 2022. Then I visited my nearest ekart hub which was delivery company. They told me product is lost by us and we are in conversation with the company. Then I came home and cancelled the product so that I can get my amount refunded. But I did not get my amount refunded. then i called to customer care and they said when we will have our product back then only you will get refund. I tried everything from my end but they are not giving refund. I bought phone on EMI and I am paying EMI without even getting phone. If I did not pay EMI my cibil score will affect and i wont get any home loan further.
