I canceled the ticket within half an hour from booking it on paytm. But i have no updated about refund amount and time. As per your airline policy im eligible for full refund as I canceled the ticket the same day (1/2 hour).
Now the paytm care page is not loading properly. This issues are causing severe psychological trauma to me. Please let me know why there is no update, i canceled on 29 aug.
I even contacted them through their email still no response
