I booked 2 rooms at Oyo Hotel Mannat in New Delhi Paharganj on 11th Feb, and I booked it for 12th Feb. I found the room to be very small and compact when compared with the photos and the manager and surrounding folks were so impolite that I had no other option but to cancel the request and book at some another place. I had a word with Oyo Customer Care and they told me that the amount will be refunded upon cancellation before check-in. I didn’t check-in and cancelled the booking. I was expecting them to refund the amount within a week or so but now upon repeated phone calls with customer care executive, they keep fooling by telling that your call will be redirected to another department (Refund Related) but it never ever gets connected. I just want the refund to be processed as soon as possible as it is no policy in any place in the world where you will be paying for a stay you never took (not even checked in).
