- I ordered an item( wow skin science shampoo) from Amazon on 2nd may and it was delivered to me on 8th may. Unfortunately, my money got debited twice as I made payments via google pay (one payment by scanning QR code) and the other one to the delivery guy’s personal number as during the time of transaction it wasn’t showing the amount credited on his side. Later, I raised a complaint to Amazon customer service and called at least 20 times for refund. Each time the response was that I would get my refund in 3-5 business days. But it has been over a month now but I haven’t received any refund yet. This wasn’t ever expected from your end. Amazon has the worst customer service ever. I don’t know about the refund now but never gonna order again anything from here.
