I ordered a 1 items for my personal use from meesho app. They were not worth the price so i returned them. I made online payment for the orders. After returning the parcels they processed my refund from their side and told to wait for 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in my account but its been 15 days but there is no amount credited. I made conplaints with my bank and also with meesho customer care but no response from their end. The bank says that there are no such payments received. Also the bank provided the bank statement for reference. The order ids are: #31785933784 amount for them are: 509 rs respectively. I have been approaching everywhere to seek help but no resolution from anywhere. Please do help me in fetching my refund as the total amount is Rs.509 which is not a less amount.
