I ordered a few items for my personal use from meesho app. They were not worth the price so i returned them. I made online payment for all the orders. After returning the parcels they processed my refund from their side and told to wait for 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in my account but its been 3 months but there is no amount credited. I made conplaints with my bank and also with meesho customer care but no response from their end. The bank says that there are no such payments received. Also the bank provided the bank statement for reference. The order ids are: #63547724, #89658503, #77362560, #73140321, #43112840, #88627203, #62738879, #838593474 amount for them are: 411, 411, 358, 305, 375, 171, 666 & 241 respectively. I have been approaching everywhere to seek help but no resolution from anywhere. Please do help me in fetching my refund as the total amount is Rs.2838/- which is not a less amount.

This meesho is completely fraud…i have ordered sunglass from this app. After receiving i didnt find it worth the price so i returned it but never got the refund back…its been more than a month however it was mentioned that the amount will reflect in 5 to 6 days and when i called in their help center number they are asking to send them my bank transactions details from the time i placed my order till date…how stupid of that…why should someone send their bank details.???..i dnt think that is safe at all…i uninstalled the app now…no more shopping from this app…why will someone share their private bank details to them how can that be secured??and moreover they dnt have any other option to refund apart from sharing our bank statement…if its like this why will people buy from their fraud app..my money is gone just for this fraudulent app…please dnt shop from them if you want to secure your money
Refund not getting
I have complain about the refund of mine but they didn’t took any action and didn’t get the refund till now
Nov mein return Kiya tha 2 product jeans and top total is 682 rs abhitak nhi Mila abh 2 tops return Kiya uska bhi nhi Mila 176 nd 221 rs abhitak …fraud hai ye meesho total is 1077 rs kabtak millenge ya complaint karu against in police station
Meesho is completely fraud. They pick up their it’s and don’t provide refund..Worst app
I also had similar experience while purchasing through Meesho. Last three weeks so many calls and mails to get my money back but in vain. Big online fraudster, uninstall this cheating company’s App.
