Complaint against JioMart – Order dated -23 July 2020 invoice # TA1013120501291 & order # 15954943089044138A.
I ordered 2 items which is listed below :
1) Amul Pasteurised Butter 500 grams – 1 qty (which I received in same 500 grams pack)
2) Amul Cheese Block 1 kg – 1 qty (which I received 200 grams small pack) – please see attached image of ordered items received.
I already made a complaint to customer care 3 times. Complain number details below
1) Complain #1 – 0022804420 26th July 2020
2) Complain #2 – 0022821503 27th July 2020
3) Complain #3 – 0022839550 26th July 2020
4) Complain # 0023366929 30th Aug 2020
Till date I didn’t receive any response against above complains and not even refund amount against Amul Cheese or replacement of Amul cheese Block 1kg. I request you to look in this matter ASAP and do the needful.
