I have placed an order on 27th October 2021, then one item from that order got cancelled due to a late delay in delivery, but to date, I have not received my refund amount from Jio Mart. I have done so many complaints, calls to customer care but my issue has not been resolved yet. They just inform me they will do the follow-up but nothing happens. My money is blocked, it’s been too much torture.
