The ticket with PNR KKIGSL from Mumbai to Dibrugarh for myself ( Jayanta Chakravarty) and my wife (Gitimoni Chakravarty) was cancelled on March 8th and the refund was calculated to be around Rs 9500. But it has been more then a month and no status of refund. Also, there customer care is not reachable and have tried multiple times. I have spoke with customer care of Indigo airlines and they have already refunded the amount to Happyeasygo, but they have not refunded the amount to my account. Also there have been cases as such with this travel agency. Please take this issue seriously so that no one has to face this kind of financial trauma.
