I had ordered a three seater dining table on 16th April which was delivered on 18th,but due to excessive damage on the product i returned it then and there,(by the same delivery guys) and Gozefo customer care team promised a refund within 4-5 days. Ever since then it’s been 3 weeks and I have not received one phone call from them.I have made multiple calls to them myself asking the status. The customer care associates however are very unprofessional and very poorly informed. Their only answer to each and every call is with a false promise to call backs with a resolution. i never received any calls. Their other answer is they are not aware where the product is as it’s a third party courier service that they are working with and I am asked to wait.. wait for eternity it seems like. So I need to wait for their product to reach their warehouse. It’s been 3 weeks and strangely it still hasn’t as per them, which again is not really my concern. Their extremely bad work ethics and false promises on every instance speaks tons of the company’s standard. Most of their products are broken by the time it reaches the customer and then when it’s returned they hold on to the customer’s money for this long. Till date they have no clue where their product is ( whereas it was returned to their courier team/third party team that they work with on the same date when it was delivered- 18th April). On the website though it still shows “product out for delivery”. Heights of incompetency this is. But the strangest part is they are not bothered even after me chasing them for the last 3 weeks.
