Dear Sir,
I have booked a resort on 12th August and paid Rs. 3721. Later I have decided to drop the plans due to personal reasons. Hence I cancelled under 24 hours and got a confirmation from Goibibo that my refund will be processed with in 12 days. Now, it’s been more than 15 days but no update from Goibibo. I would request to kindly help me to receive my refund
