I booked my tickets via GOIBIBO for go airways flight from Dubai to Delhi, and had to cancel the ticket. Go airways has already returned the money to GOIBIBO , but the same is not being returned to me since the past 3 months. Just to vefool us,they are sending all fultile emails with links that are not working. Everytime a diff. person emails and raises a new ticket to intentially break the loop and leave the issue unresolved. My Booking ID. GOFLIcdbb81582552691.
I am attaching a recent email received by them and also the reply I have sent them. I have submitted my bank account details to them , but still they are not refunding the cancelation amount to me.
I seek your help to help me get my refund. This is my hard earned money. Please help me.
