I had booked 2 return flight tickets for Mumbai – Phuket – Mumbai on 20th May 2023 and 23rd May 2023 through Cleartrip and Make my Trip. The flight has been cancelled by Go First due to operational reasons. They have not yet issued refund of the fare. The travel aggregator Cleartrip and Make my Trip are also not responding to our queries and confirming by when refund will be issued. It has been more than a month and we would request for quick resolution of this issue.
