Hello, my name is Sanket Jain.
I had reservation with GoAir of PNR RBF23A for morning 9:00 am on 10th December 2020. But the GoAir executives without prior intimidation rescheduled my flight in the evening at 7:00 pm. After great difficulty I was able to contact their customer care executive who then agreed to shift me to the fight on 9th December 2020 (a day before).
But they cancelled this flight (9th December flight) without informing via email, sms or call. They again unilaterally without my awareness or consultation put me on the 10th December flight.
I after waiting for hours in line, was able to connect to a customer care executive and requested to initiate a full amount refund. To which they agreed.
But I haven’t yet received my refund as promised.
