I booked a ticket on 22nd January 2022 traveling from Delhi to Bangalore by Air India Airlines but the first payment failed and the money has been deducted from my account(Axis bank credit card). On the mobile app it is showing a refund has initiated and should reflect the same within 3-12 working days but till now i didn’t get any refund.
I also sent mail many times but there was no response from cleartrip team and whenever i called on the customer care number then they sent one link which did not give any solution.
