Ordered boat airdopes 141 on 16 april and cancelled on 17 april 2022. I havent received my refund yet. Customer care is very inconsistent with their answers saying the refund has been initiated or some saying the refund has been completed. Checked with the bank as well. Not their side’s issue. I have asked multiple times to send an official email stating the refund status and still havent been provided with it.
