Text of Complaint by ANJANA CHANDAN:

I did a recharge on my airtel number 8082051858 on dated 13 April 2020 of total Rs 399+Rs 399= Rs 798.

The transaction id is 2004132233356 for the first recharge of Rs 399

and The transaction id is 2004132241858 for the second recharge of Rs 399.

And I got the message that refund is been initiated and the refund is processed and will be reflected in my account in 7 days. It’s been more than 10 days and I didn’t receive any refund and the bank is asking for the refund reference number.
