Text of Complaint by Kapil Totlani:

7042717817 – account no for airtel Xstream Fiber … I called on customer care no on 27th Dec and asked to cancel the airtel Xstream instantly – Reason of disconnection – i was shifting to other apartment where airtel services was not available. Till today i have not received the refund more over your representative are informing that internet disconnected on 20 Jan instead of 27th Dec. I have received email from airtel that i will get the refund in 7 – 10 working days on 14 march but till today i have not received the refund.
