I have booked a ticket in REDBUS App on 12/5/2022 for the journey from Jorhat to Guwahati on 14/5/2022 at Rs 509.32 using my SBI credit card and the amount was credited in the account IBIBO WEB PRIVATE LTD, BANGALORE.
The bus was cancelled by the bus operator ASTC. Till date, I have not yet received the amount Rs 509.32.
