Hi,
I placed an order for 3+1+1 sofa set on Zefo to be delivered to Bikaner Rajasthan. I am an army officer posted there . I get an mail from Zefo stating that they cannot deliver it to the address as they do not have the delivery facility to the location. I sent repeated emails requesting Zefo to refund my amount of 14398/- , but no action till date was taken. My order details are as follows :

If the refund is not rec’d in the next one week , I will register a fraud case against the company for having not refunded my amount. No representative till date called me. Such a careless responce from the company.i would never recommend Zefo to any of my relatives or friends. Please refund my amount. That’s all I ask for .
