An order was made to Comic store online site by my friend, order no. TCS10219. It has been more than 7 months and no information has been provided by the store.
The store has blocked my friend on social sites and has not provided any details at all.
Further they have changed their order policy and stated that any order made cannot be cancelled or refunded or exchanged.
The store is just harassing the customers and has already taken the money and not providing any details.
Please help to spam the site and ask for the details regarding the order and make them understand that they need to provide answers.
