I had purchased a Wooden mosaic Art piece from The Comic Store (https://www.thecomicstore.in/). The order number was TCS10705 and purchase was made on 21st Sep 2020 and full payment of Rs 5699/- was done through credit card. The final product was very different from the pictures shown so i cancelled the order before product was shipped (as per option given by the website on phone). Received a email on 4th NOv 2020 confirming cancellation and refund being processed. Havent received money till date and no response on watsapp number on website, phone number of sales person provided earlier and emails shared so far.
