Text of Complaint by Varesh Kaul:

New JIO Fiber Connection [Order: NO0000EN74JN] request raised  on 30th July’20 but since request was not serviced  within promised timelines, Cancellation Request was raised on 4th August’20 via JIO Broadband Customer Care.  Customer Care representative confirmed Full refund will be credited to my source account before 14th August ’20 but amount is not yet received.

However when I tried to log a complaint with Jio CC regarding the Full refund issue it is now informed, refund will take another 21 Working Days that too via Cheque.
