I have booked ticket on 7th Jan for 8th Jan from lucknow to delhi, firstly it showed processing and it got cancelled giving some operational reasons and all and its 25th Jan now chasing them for long but they are not issuing refunds neither picking up the calls. Please of there is someone who can assist on this please do so.
