I purchased jio giga fibre but due to some reason I didn’t liked after 5 service request raising a person came and took jio fibre setop box and router.they promise refund in 15 days but no refund came.plz help. Even they removed my number from my jio. After we inform for customer service refund they just form a request which automatically gets cancel later. Plz arrange me a refund.
