I cancelled 2 tickets delhi to abu dhabi and it was booked via paytm for 25 march,2021. Its been so many days m calling back and forth paytm nd air india for refund.
Firstly air india should not accept tickets abu dhabi as Indian entry is prohibited there. Already because of paytm nd air india fault m getting partial refund. That also not processed.
If i call paytm dey say Air india will process refund and if i call Air india dey say paytm will process refund.
Its been so many days i am calling bt no refund received. All they is “MAAM WE HAVE ESCALATED YOUR CONCERN TO THE TEAM…WE ARE FORWARDING YOUR COMPLAINT” ETC.. TILL TODAY NO REFUND RECEIVED. Very disappointing..being such big platform you guys are theif.
