I booked a ticket on 26th July with reference no: REF405878738. Ticket got cancelled from their end and it was mentioned that it was cancelled due to operational issues. I didn’t get any refund till today (22nd Sep) and I am not able to reach their customer service number. There was no resolution given even though I mailed them 10-12 times.
