Hi team
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the refund for a Jio Fiber connection that I cancelled in March 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not yet received the refund amount of Rs. 2222, which was promised at the time of cancellation.

It has now been over [3 months], and this delay is highly disappointing and inconvenient. As a customer, I have now raised this complaint to consumer court.

I request you to Immediately help to get response from Jio Fiber for pending refund of Rs. 2222.

  1. Subject : No Technician Assigned for Jio Fiber Internet Issue Since 2nd July 2025 Despite Multiple Escalations

    I am a Jio Fiber customer and have been facing a complete internet outage at my residence since 2nd July 2025. I raised a service request on the same day, but no technician has been assigned to my ticket even after multiple follow-ups.

    I have called Jio Fiber customer care at least 8 times, and every time I was assured that a technician would be assigned within the next hour. However, these promises have not been fulfilled, and the issue remains unresolved.

    This prolonged delay has caused severe disruption to my work and personal life, especially as I rely on a stable internet connection for professional commitments.

    I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and responsiveness from Jio Fiber’s support team. I am now forced to escalate this matter through a formal consumer complaint.
