I had booked Europe trip on 27th November for a January 2024 batch. But realized I might face issues for Visa as I don’t have certain documents. Hence I raised ticket for change of trip destination on 29th November, On 30th November the customer support mailed that they are initiating refund of the partial booking amount of 94,500INR. It will be added to thrillcash wallet and not to my original account from which I made the payment (I asked them to refund to my original account). The booking is still not cancelled and is visible on my profile even though I raised ticket 2 days back and they marked it as resolved without cancelling trip or initiating refund.
