I had booked a flt from del to mum on 14 th Feb 2022 .Within 20 min of booking my flt was cancelled by Travel look .Time and time again they promised to refund my money but always failed .Also the customer care people are arrogant and say that now you will receive your refund in 2-3 days .But it’s almost a month and I have not received a refund of Rs.11500.
I now want to do Lodge FIR against the company .
