I had made a reservation from New Delhi to Kolkata on September 30 2021 to travel on Oct 2 2021. Within minutes of booking I got a mail stating that the ticket has been cancelled. I got an email stating that the refund would be initiated and completed within 5-7 working days. It’s been over 42 days and I still have not received the amount.
I have called up the customer care multiple times and everytime they say there was a banking error due to which the amount could not get processed. Always asked me to wait for a week. Still have not received the amount.
I called them up again today and the same reason that banking issue due to which refund was not processed. Please wait for one week you’ll receive the amount.
Please guys do not book through this website. it is scamming people for money.
