I had booked a flight ticket from Travelook website (https://www.travolook.in/)

Passenger Name : Aayushi Jaiswal
Booking Date : 11 Mar 2022
Source : Goa
Destination : Kolkata
Journey Date : 09 Apr 2022
Amount paid : 5786.50 INR
The booking was cancelled by travelook but the amount was deducted.
Even after multiple followups over their helpline number and over mail, the refund has not been processed even after 2 months.
Even i am facing same issue its almost no 2 and half months passed and no response or refund from Travolook
same issue
