I had taken Jio Fiber connection In Feb’2021.
But to outside visit and subsequent lockdown due to corona I couldn’t return to base location.
So due to inactivity my Jio Fiber connection was terminated.
When I returned in July I wanted jio fiber connection to be restored. But they said your connection has been terminated and hence you have to apply for new connection and return old device and we will refund your installation charges as well as security deposit. First they took my Jio Fiber Device(Router). Once they took the device now they saying we will not refund amount as it was 60 days since it remained in deactivation mode. How can they do this and can’t refund amount.
I want my refund or device back.
