I had applied for a new Airtel Xstream Fiber with Digital Application form No. 0484-1433874 on 22.05.2020. Advance rental of Rs. 4128.00 paid vide transaction No. 522684426. Unfortunately, due to some technical problems this application was rejected and hence not activated. Then, as per the advice of the sales personnel, I applied with another digital application and paid advance rent once again and activated the connection. Now, I have not received back the amount paid for the failed transaction. Contacted many times the sales personnel who helped me to arrange the new connection but no result. Kindly make arrangements for refund of Rs. 4128.00 at the earliest.
