I returned a oneplus buds order with order id 408-0430427-2088338 on 19th march which got received by seller on 23rd march but the refund was not initiated automatically, so i contacted them and they said wait 4 days we have raised an investigation about this and contact us back on 29th. When i contacted back on 29th they said seller saying item is different then what was sent and denied the refund.
As the seller is a verified scammer, amazon is siding with them and whatever the seller says is the final decision, whatever customer says is a lie.
