Text of Complaint by Rohit:

Two orders for Jio mart has been placed on 29th October, one cancelled on same day, one cancelled on 6th Nov by Jio mart. Still no refund has been made back to my bank account/free charge account. The transactions were done using Freecharge, but no refund has been received till date for both orders.
